The Congress Fee includes all Congress materials (abstracts, the program, and the participation certificate). Also OPENING CEREMONY, OFFICIAL COURSES (BAPRAS Lectures, ISAPS Lectures, MAPRAS Lectures).

The Congress Fee for the accompanying persons includes the visit to the commercial part of the Congress and the organized visit to Ohrids historical locations. Congress materials will not be provided for accompanying members.

The participants will have full access to the Internet during the Congress.

Between sessions, coffee/tea breaks will be organized.

Congress materials will be collected at the registration stand located at the Reception, at the entry of the Hotel. Congress materials will not be provided for accompanying members.

Participants will have to carry the Congress Badge to attend the Congress sessions, the commercial exhibitions, and the poster sessions, as well as for the Official opening of the Congress

The Official Opening of the Congress is due on Thursday, 04 June 2009 at 21:00.

The registration is completed after sending the full application and covering the congress fee.

Please use a separate application form for each participant.
Only fully filled-in application forms will be accepted.

Persons in need of an official invitation for attending the Congress should contact the Organization Committee on the following e-mail: info@bapras.org.mk. The invitation does not commit financially the organizers of the Congress. All costs connected with the Congress are covered by the participant.

After on-line registration you can Login on the web page with click on Left Menu Your Data. In the right top angle of table Personal information you can open electronic Letter of invitation. Print Letter of invitation.
Upon receiving the Application Form the Organizing Committee will inform you that your Application Form for the Congress has been accepted. The registration is considered complete when a fully filled-in application form has been sent and confirmation for paid Congress Fee.
| Registration Cancellation |
In case you are prevented from attending, please inform the Organizing Committee at least 7 days before the beginning of the Congress. The money transferred for the registration fee will not be refunded.
